I first met Andrea when she came to our home to do an appraisal . I should note that I had 3 other Realtors come in too and they all knew I was going to choose one among them. I listened to their reasons for pricing and what they would be doing for the price. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and determined she would do the same job as the others that were going to charge me a lot more. Our house sold for over $400K with absolutely no problems. We sold fast, $32K over asking and the closing and paperwork was done on time. We are "elderly" and were moving to a Senior Community, so it was hard to make this last move. Andrea explained everything and we felt after it was over that we had been nervous about the sale over nothing. I highly recommend Andrea and Lake Country Flat Fee!
